Participation Prerequisites
Participants must be 25 years of age or older. For those who want to come with their family, there is a special STEAM Robotics program for kids 9 – 14, and diving programs for kids from 15 – 17. (Additional service)
Before participation, you need to have completed the responsible declaration of medical history. Under certain conditions, even after completing the medical history, you may be asked to have it signed by a hyperbaric doctor.
If the doctor determines that the conditions for your participation are not met, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Dates and locations
This retreat is organized only 3 to 6 times each year. Dates are shown on the “Reservation” page.
The event is conducted in selected 5* hotels and resorts in Greece. Those who participate 2nd or 3rd time can join the version of the retreat that is conducted onboard on luxury motor yachts to exotic places around the globe.

Prices and payment terms
The cost of the 7-day Zero Gravity Soft Skills Training retreat is €3.500 per person, including VAT and other taxes.
Participants are requested to pay an advance payment of €1.500 upon reservation. The outstanding balance (€2.000) 60 days before the start (or immediately if the booking is made less than 60 days before the starting date).
Early bird or discounted programs are paid in full upon reservation, which needs to be made 60 days before the start.
Payments can be made electronically by credit-debit card or by bank transfer.
By complying with these conditions, if you are declared unfit at the time of the medical examination, you will be fully compensated. Learn more at Legal & Insurance.
Preparation for the Zero Gravity Soft Skills Training Retreat
The most important thing is to return the required documents (responsible declaration of medical history) within the agreed time period.
Within 15 days of booking, if you booked at least 50 days before the retreat.
Otherwise within 7 days of the start of the retreat.
We will also email you some simple tips to get the most out of the Zero Gravity Soft Skills Training retreat, including your daily dive schedule. You won’t need anything special in terms of special training or preparation. The advice we provide is simple common sense: get a good night’s sleep, don’t drink alcohol the day before diving, and such.
Day of the Zero Gravity Soft Skills Training retreat
You should arrive at the Hotel at around 8:00 (bus transfer from the airport is provided). Since your signature series (nametag) diving gear will be provided, there is no need to bring anything specialized. After breakfast, you will receive your equipment and attend the 09:00 am briefing.
If you want, you can be accompanied by a friend, colleague, or relative (briefing, meal, lunch, award ceremony, etc.). For those who want to come with their family, there is a special STEAM Robotics program for kids 9 – 14, and diving programs for kids from 15 – 17. (Additional service)
Unforeseen circumstances
Since seats (minimum 6 – maximum 15) are limited, cancellation fees are high.
For cancellations more than 70 days before the starting date of the retreat, the cancellation fee is 30%. If you cancel less than 60 days before the starting date, the cancellation fee is 100%.
Once you have booked your reservation and wish to change your dates, the defer policy is to give 50 days notice. Upon this 50-day notice, the postponement fee is 20%. Anything less than a 50-day notice, the postponement fee is 50%.
Under 20-day notice, there will be no refunds.

If you are deemed unfit during the medical examination and you meet the prescribed time limit, the deposit will be fully refunded. If you do not meet the stipulated time limit, the standard cancellation conditions apply.
Particularly adverse weather conditions, technical problems, etc., may result in the delay of the daily schedule. You will be prompted to allow this possibility in your program.
If the scheduled retreat is canceled (adverse weather conditions, technical problems, etc), you will be given the choice between postponing your dive and a full refund.
